Owner Dan Sauer is originally from London, England where he apprenticed at The Vidal Sassoon Academy before moving to the states in 2014. Since then, he has built a large and loyal clientele base in Raleigh and values the relationships he has with his clients that extend beyond the salon. He specializes in precision cuts, balayage, and blonding. Dan lives in Durham with his wife and baby boy.

Jaime Pryor has been in the industry for 8 years. She loves everything color, from lived in low maintenance balayage, all the way to bold fashion color. When she’s not behind the chair you can find her spending time with her husband, daughter, baby boy and two dogs.

Amber specializes in extensions and loves all things blonding, and that includes the brunette babes! She’s a big fan of enhancing natural color, and showing how a little change can make a big difference. She started her cosmetology career at Aveda Institute Chapel Hill and have been behind the chair for 12 years. Amber is our lead Bellami specialist, and loves helping clients achieve the fullness and length they dream of with extension installs. When she isn’t in the salon you can find her exploring Raleigh with her fur baby Lola.

Lexsie has been in the industry for four years. After graduating from Paul Mitchell Orlando she found her way back to Raleigh and has been helping her clients achieve their hair goals ever since. Lexsie specializes in blonding - if you’re looking for babylights, low maintenancne blonde, or dimensional color - she’s your girl! When she’s not in the salon Lexise loves finding new restaurants and exploring the city.

Jase graduated from Mitchell’s Hair Styling Academy and has been working in the industry for seven years. She loves everything blonding, from her bright blondes to lived in color. Also a certified Bellami Extensions specialist, Jase is passionate about helping her clients achieve and maintain their long term hair goals. When she’s not behind the chair you can find her exploring new restaurants or enjoying time at the beach!

Anna Grace’s journey in the world of hairstyling began at Wake Tech Community College, where she honed her skills and discovered her love for all things color, particularly blonding and balayage. When she is not in the salon, she can be found enjoying time with friends and family as well as both playing and writing music. With a dedication to her craft and a flair for innovation, Anna Grace brings a unique blend of artistry and skill to every client she serves.

Originally from Fayetteville, NC Summer moved to Raleigh to pursue her education in cosmetology. Currently enrolled at Paul Mitchell Raleigh , she is eager to become a stylist and start building her clientele. Summer is our desk manager and the first face you see when you walk into the salon. She brings her bubbly personality and positive attitude with her everyday which helps set the upbeat tone of our workplace!
